Loquat without words.

While searching for music, I came across this song in a SXSW video. The music reminds me a lot of Loquat, which is a band I usually return to often when I want a certain mood in my head (check out Swingset Chain and Take Me Out). There is kind of an Indie/Lounge feel to it. The music is perfect for the video and it really sets the mood well. I am uncertain if this piece is by Kevin Schneider or not, but I like it and you might too.

I also like the use of selective focus lenses. These lenses seem to take a very small piece of life and bring attention to it while showing the vastness of the world around the focus. Interestingly enough, it is similar to what I call a Slidefiguration… very similar.
