Some Resources

Music No Comments

I have found that there are some good resources on the web for musician marketing strategies. I will try and list a few of them in this post today.

The most recent resource that comes to mind is

. Andrew has really got some great advice and I highly recommend his

as well as his

.

Andrew talks about the changing face of the music industries in today’s world and goes on to explain, in a better way than I ever could, how to take advantage of the new systems and ideologies of connecting with your audience. Andrew is a valuable resource!

I first heard about New Music Strategies through my favorite podcast,

, which is another one of my all time favorites on the music industry. Actually… I think these guys contribute more than anything to my gear lust and heavily used credit card. Mike and Big Al at PSN have really great gear reviews, tips & tricks as well as interviews that are very eye opening. If you record or produce music you need to check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

Another podcast that has so much good information it is like finding a diamond mine is

. From this website you can subscribe to Dave’s

or check out his highly recommended

. This is another one of those gems you must read.

Lastly was a valuable

by Dave of Julie Blake on show #133, April 16, 2007. Julie wrote an excellent book on making money from your website instead of losing money from it.

Well that about raps up this post. If you have any info you think is valuable to people like this post then contact me.
