These were really tasty and went fast with 6 kids and 2 adults!

  • 3 pounds of shredded chicken
  •  1 can of smashed and drained kidney (or black) beans
  • 7 oz of diced green chilies
  • half cup minced white onion
  • half cup minced radish, 
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic salt. 
  • 1 pack of flour tortillas

Cook chicken in wok, on high heat, until no longer pink. Add all ingredients and cook until liquid is gone. Place a tablespoon of oil in a fry pan on medium heat. Had tortilla, cover with cheese and chicken mixture and cover with second tortilla. Cook till golden on both sides. Serve with lime wedge.
